Repstead privacy notice
Remodeled AI, LLC operates Repstead. This notice explains how Repstead handles information when you plan and log workouts, use optional health features, join a private squad, contact support, or use a paid feature.
Information you choose to use
Repstead may process your display name, plan preferences, workout and recovery entries, squad membership and check-ins, moderation reports, purchase status, support messages, and product interactions needed to operate and improve the app. The app is local-first, so plans and workouts can remain on your device. If account or sync features are available and you choose to use them, the corresponding account and app data is sent to the service so it can be synchronized.
Optional health and fitness access
HealthKit access is optional and requested only from the related feature. Repstead reads completed workout information you authorize; the iPhone app does not write workouts to HealthKit. Raw HealthKit history stays on the device unless a feature clearly asks you to share a specific result. Repstead does not sell health data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.
How information is used
Information is used to build and save your plan, record progress, provide optional squad and synchronization features, maintain account safety, answer support requests, reflect Apple purchase status, and diagnose reliability problems. Repstead does not use cross-company tracking or advertising identifiers.
Service providers and disclosure
Repstead may use Apple services for distribution, purchases, notifications, and optional HealthKit access; Cloudflare for hosted application services when enabled; and RevenueCat for subscription status when paid features are configured. These providers process information only for the service being supplied. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Sharing, retention, and control
Squad content is shared only with the audience you select and is not public by default. On-device information remains until you remove it, delete app data, or use the app's deletion controls. Hosted account information, when available, is retained while needed to provide the account and is removed after a completed deletion request, except for limited records that must be retained for security, dispute, or legal obligations.
Settings provides local JSON and workout-history export, audience controls, blocking and reporting, and account deletion. You can change Health access in Apple Settings. Deleting a Repstead account does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions can be managed through Apple.
